Meeting/Event Information

The Chapter meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month, exclusive of January. The cost is $25.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members for each meeting and includes dinner. A meeting notice is distributed, via e-mail, prior to each meeting. Past topics have included, but is not limited to, Friend of the Court, Wage and Hour Laws, Expatriates and Garnishments. We will be collecting donations for the Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary.  Check the announcements on the website for a complete needs list.

Our Mission at Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary is to:

  • find homes for abused, abandoned and neglected dogs
  • to spay/neuter our rescue dogs to stop the cycle of unwanted litters
  • assist in public education for the betterment of our local animal community
  • and to maintain the highest standards of care for the animals, including veterinary care

 

Dinner menu includes the deluxe deli buffet:

  • Soup Du Jour
  • Fresh baked rolls
  • Vegetables with southwest ranch dip
  • Pasta salad
  • Sliced roast beef, turkey and ham including an assortment of cheeses, breads and condiments
  • Sliced seasonal fresh fruit
  • Brownies and cookies
  • Choice of coffee, iced tea or lemonade

 


Cost and Payment Information:

The cost is $20.00 for members and $28.00 for non-members for each meeting and includes a dinner choice. Payment is due upon arrival at the meeting or pay on-line with PayPal.


Deadline to Register:

Registration for this meeting closes at 1:00pm on Friday, March 8. 


Terms of Cancellation or No Shows:

We are committed to the attendee count that is called in to the hotel on the day of the deadline.  If you cancel after the deadline or are a no-show to the meeting you are still liable for the cost of the meeting and, if you haven't already paid, will receive an invoice for your meeting cost.

If you need to cancel prior to the deadline mentioned above, please send an e-mail to [email protected].  If you have already paid via PayPal you will receive a refund within a few days, if the cancellation is prior to the deadline date above.
